3S Loyalty is Diodomo's exclusive customer rewards initiative designed to celebrate and reward our valued clients. The program offers three distinct tiers – 3S Insider, 3S Icon, and 3S Legend – each with escalating points benefits and privileges.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Welcome to the 3S Loyalty Program ("Program") offered by Diodomo ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Program.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.
2.2 Employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates of Diodomo, along with members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling), are not eligible to participate in the Program.
3. Enrollment
3.1 You may enroll in the Program by completing the sign-up process at www.diodomo.shop or through other approved channels.
3.2 Upon successful enrollment, Members will receive a one-time bonus of 500 points added to their account.
4. Earning Points
4.1 Members may earn points through eligible purchases, referrals, birthday rewards, and tier advancements, subject to these Terms.
4.2 Points are awarded as follows:
Purchases:
3S Insider: 1 point per $1 spent (1x points)
3S Icon: 2 points per $1 spent (2x points)
3S Legend: 3 points per $1 spent (3x points)
Referrals:
1,000 points per successful referral (referee must create an account and complete their first qualifying purchase)
Birthday Reward:
1,000 points awarded during the Member’s birthday month (limit one per year)
Tier Advancement:
750 points for advancing from 3S Insider to 3S Icon
1,500 points for advancing from 3S Icon to 3S Legend
4.3 Points are calculated based on the subtotal amount of qualifying purchases (excluding taxes, discounts, shipping, or gift card redemptions) and are awarded after the order is completed and not returned.
4.4 Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
5. Redeeming Points
5.1 Points may be redeemed for rewards made available by the Company, including but not limited to discounts, free shipping, and special gifts.
5.2 Redemption values may include:
1,000 points = $10 off the lowest-priced item in your cart
2,000 points = $20 off orders of $100 or more
1,250 points = Free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $75+
Quarterly gift for 3S Legend tier (auto-issued)
5.3 Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
6. Program Tiers
6.1 The Program includes three tiers:
3S Insider: 0–2,999 lifetime points
3S Icon: 3,000–7,999 lifetime points
3S Legend: 8,000+ lifetime points
6.2 Tier status is reviewed and updated based on a rolling 12-month qualification period.
6.3 Each tier provides increasing benefits, as outlined on the Program page.
7. Points Expiration
7.1 Points will expire after 3 months of account inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no points earned or redeemed within a continuous 90-day period.
7.2 Expired points will be removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.
8. Modifications and Termination
8.1 Diodomo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason.
8.2 Continued participation in the Program following such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Non-Discrimination
Diodomo does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Diodomo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to the use or inability to use rewards or the termination of your account or points.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Program shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered in the State of Colorado, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
