INSTRUCTIONS
Use this form to submit your qualifications for consideration for our Brand Ambassador Program.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Section 1 asks for your personal information, social media presence, and any prior and/or current collaborations or sponsorships. You may be asked to provide further details. Examples of information you may wish to include: brand/name of sponsor, duration of work, nature of collaboration, performance metrics (engagement, reach/impressions, conversions), relevant links, sponsor feedback, and return on investment (ROI).
Section 2 asks you to complete two (2) short answer essays up to 1500 characters each. Please refrain from using external sources to generate your response. We want to hear from and get to know the genuine you!
Section 3 asks you to review the Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions, agree to legal disclosures, and make final submission.
